Export files
You have created a Bank Connect agreement and are using “Jyske Online Banking Business+”. In your Online Banking Business, define which data you want to transfer to your financial system and how often. You would like to receive account statements in XML format, either for delivery in Jyske Online Banking Business or to an alternative delivery address, such as an FTP connection. Below, you will see the steps that will take you there in Jyske Online Banking Business.

If you have access to an account in e.g. Sweden, Norway or Germany for which you want to retrieve information, you can order a file containing account entries for delivery in Jyske Online Banking Business. This is done under the menu item “Import/Export file”.
You can order a CSV file containing exchange rates in Jyske Online Banking Business+ via "Import/Export files" in the left-hand menu.
If you already receive a regular daily extract from which you want to exclude one of the accounts contained in the file, you can remove this account from the list “Regular extracts".
You have ordered an on-demand extract or a file at a set frequency for delivery in Jyske Online Banking Business. You can export this file by clicking ”Import/Export files” followed by "Export". Your browser settings will decide where the file is being saved.

If you need a document listing your account entries for one or more accounts, you can request this in Jyske Online Banking Business under the menu item "Import/Export file".
Jyske Online Banking Business no longer operates with Java. Meaning the system can no longer store any information about where you normally save your files. Hence, select "Without Java” when operating in the ”Export – Old” framework.
You can order files containing giro payments deposited for delivery in Jyske Online Banking Business via "Import/Export file" in the menu.
If you need an on-demand extract of securities data for a specific day or period, you can request an extract containing the relevant data in Jyske Online Banking Business.
If you need to receive regular securities extracts, you can order regular extracts of the relevant securities data via Jyske Online Banking Business. This is done via “Import/Export file” in the menu.
When you have set up a regular securities extract in Jyske Online Banking Business, you may want to add one or more custody accounts to this extract later on. This is easily done by selecting "Import/Export file" followed by "Export" in the menu.
If you already receive a regular daily extract from which you want to exclude one of the custody accounts contained in the file, you can remove this custody account under "Regular extracts".
You can add an account to an existing extract by creating a new corresponding extract for the new account, and then opting to have this extract combined with other extracts of the same type. Select “Import/Export file” and then select “Export” in the menu.
MitID
When your Online Banking Business agreement has been activated, you can log in to Jyske Online Banking Business using your personal MitID.
You can order MitID for an existing user who does not have a Danish CPR number in Jyske Online Banking Business by clicking on "Administration" and "Persons" in the menu. Then select who you want to order MitID for.
Accounts
You can view upcoming entries under the menu item “Account entries” by clicking "Edit" and then selecting “Location in window”.
When you view your account entries, the display picture should fit your most required needs. For instance, if you often need to change the period or sequential order of the entries, or you would prefer to see future entries, you can change the general settings for displaying account entries.
You need to find a specific entry, but do not know in which account it was made. By narrowing the amount limit, you can search through numerous accounts at the same time.
If you want to be able to see what the current balance (and potentially current balance at disposal) of a foreign-currency account corresponds to in a specific currency, you can set up your Accounts and custody accounts overview to show the "Equivalent".
If you would like to be able to see how much is at disposal in accounts with a credit limit, you can set up the Accounts and custody accounts overview to show the available balance.
Accounts held with Jyske Bank are generally named according to the product, which is not always transparent or identifiable. And if there are more accounts of a specific type, they can be difficult to distinguish. You therefore have the option to rename your accounts via "Accounts" in the menu.

Import files
You have created a payment file in your financial system, and now you need to import it into Jyske Online Banking Business. Start by importing the payment file and afterwards approve the payments contained in the file.
You can import an Excel file containing details on your saved payment recipients in Jyske Online Banking Business. Select "Payments" in the menu followed by "Saved recipients".
Your financial system creates a payment file in Jyske Online Banking Business format. You must create references to the definition files generated by your financial system. These definition files will instruct Jyske Online Banking Business on how to interpret your payment file.
Self-administration
With an Administrator Agreement your company can administer powers of attorney for accounts and custody accounts as well as access to features in the netbank by itself. You get overview and control of how your users can operate accounts in the netbank. And when you have changes, you can make them yourself immediately.
As an administrator in Jyske Online Banking Business, you can create a new user who has a Danish CPR number. Click "Administration" in the menu and select "Create new user".
As an administrator, you can create a new user without a Danish CPR number in Jyske Online Banking Business. Click "Administration" in the menu and select "Create new user".
As an administrator, you can delete an existing user in Jyske Online Banking Business. Click "Administration" in the menu and then select "Persons".
As an administrator in Jyske Online Banking Business, you can modify an existing power of attorney. Select "Administration" in the menu, and then choose "Powers of attorney".
If you are an administrator, you can set up a new power of attorney in Jyske Online Banking Business. Click "Administration" in the menu and select "Powers of Attorney".
If you are an administrator, you can delete an existing user in Jyske Online Banking Business. Click "Administration" in the menu and then select "Persons".
As an administrator in Jyske Online Banking Business, you can activate (second approve) a newly created or modified power of attorney. Click on the "Powers of Attorney" link in the "Pending Approval" box on the homepage.
If you need a list of existing powers of attorney, e.g. to submit to an auditor, this is available to you as an administrator under the menu item "Administration" in Jyske Online Banking Business.
As an administrator in Jyske Online Banking Business, you can alter an existing power of attorney. Select "Administration" in the menu, and then select "Power of attorney".
Payments
It is easy to make giro payments or transfer funds to a Danish account number.
You can retrieve your payments in Jyske Online Banking Business and export a file containing the payments. Select "Payments" in the menu, and then click "Payment overview".
You can set up a recurring account transfer with a fixed amount and frequency.
It is not possible to edit a recurring payment, but you can delete it and set up a new payment instead.
These instructions will guide you to set up a cross-boarder (international) payment in Jyske Online Banking Business.
In the Payment overview, click on the three dots at the top-right next to "Print". You can choose which fields/columns you want to display in your Payment overview.
The easiest way is to tick off the box "Betalingsservice (payment service)” while making a giro payment (payment slip).

If you have access to an account in a financial institution outside of Denmark, you can create a funds transfer from this account in Jyske Online Banking Business.
It varies which details and which payment type you will need to use for a specific payment. It depends on e.g. whether you need to transfer funds to an account registered with Jyske Bank, to another Danish financial institution or to a non-Danish financial institution. Get an overview here:
It is easy to print payments in Jyske Online Banking Business. Start by finding the payment overview and select the payments you want to print.
It is easy to edit upcoming payments in Jyske Online Banking Business. Start by finding the payments that you have created. Then you can edit as needed by clicking the pencil icon. How to do it:
Jyske Nordic Payments is the direct way to make local payments in Norway and Sweden. The online bank will automatically figure out whether your payment can be processed as a Jyske Nordic Payment, when you set up an international transfer via “Payments” in the menu.
You can stop a payment which has been set up in or imported into Jyske Online Banking Business or is automatically paid via Betalingsservice.
In the menu, select "Payments" and then select "Payment overview". Now you will see a searchable overview of the payments you have set up.
Start by finding the payments that are awaiting approval. Then approve them all, potentially at the same time.
Miscellaneous
You will receive a message by SMS or e-mail, when documents are awaiting your digital signature in Jyske Bank’s underskriftsrum (signature service room). Go to underskriftsrum.jyskebank.dk and log in by using your MitID.
