How do I delete a user in Jyske Online Banking Business

As an administrator, you can delete an existing user in Jyske Online Banking Business. Click "Administration" in the menu and then select "Persons".

Before you delete a user, you must remove the user from the power of attorney they are currently linked to. If the user is the only person covered under the specific power of attorney (PoA), you can simply delete the entire PoA.

How to do this

  1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (guide).
  2. Click "Administration" in the menu.
  3. Select "Persons". Now you can see the people currently registered as users in Jyske Online Banking Business.
  4. At the top of the screen, you can select or de-select whether payment card holders should also be displayed on the page.
  5. Click the person’s name in the persons overview.
  6. Click "Delete user" at the bottom of the screen, after which the user is no longer linked to your Online Banking Business.
  7. Click "Delete user" in the upper part of the screen, if the person no longer works for the company, whereby the person’s link to the company will cease to work.
