How do I delete a user in Jyske Online Banking Business?

If you are an administrator, you can delete an existing user in Jyske Online Banking Business. Click "Administration" in the menu and then select "Persons".

Before you delete a user, you must remove the user from any power of attorney that the user is currently assigned to. If the user is the sole user covered under the specific power of attorney (PoA), you can simply delete the entire PoA.

Please see these instructions to alter an existing power of attorney.

How to do this

  1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (guide).
  2. Click "Administration" in the menu.
  3. Select "Persons". Now you can see the people currently registered as users in Jyske Online Banking Business.
  4. At the top of the screen, you can select or de-select whether payment card holders should also be displayed on the page.
  5. Click the person’s name in the persons overview.
  6. Click "Delete user" at the bottom of the screen, after which the user is no longer linked to your Online Banking Business.
  7. Click "Delete person" in the upper part of the screen, if the person no longer works for the company, whereby the person’s link to the company will cease to work.
