How to digitally sign documents in Jyske Bank’s underskriftsrum?
You will receive a message by SMS or e-mail, when documents are awaiting your digital signature in Jyske Bank’s underskriftsrum (signature service room). Go to underskriftsrum.jyskebank.dk and log in by using your MitID.
When you have documents from Jyske Bank that require your digital signature, you will receive an SMS or email with instructions on how to access Jyske Bank’s underskriftsrum.
How to do this
- Go to https://underskriftsrum.jyskebank.dk
- Log in by using your MitID. The first time you log in, you will need to verify your CPR-number. Then you will see the document batches that are ready for you to sign.
- Click on "Videre til signeringspakke" for any signature batch that you want to read and sign.
- Click on "Næste dokument", if the batch contains more than one document. You must click through and read all documents, before you can sign them.
- Click on the button "Underskriv dokumenter” on the final document page of the batch. Please note that you will be signing all documents in any one batch in one go when signing this way.
- Sign with MitID by entering your MitID User ID and click "Fortsæt". The first time you sign, you must enter your CPR number and then click "Fortsæt".
- You will then be directed to Penneo’s declaration and consent, which requires that you read the associated policies. Now click on "Underskriv dokumenter".
- You will now be redirected to your underskriftsrum with the message "Tak for din underskrift". Your signature has now been registered, and the status of the signature batch will change to "Underskrevet".
- Repeat this process, if you need to sign more than one document batch, or click on "Log off".
