How do I order MitID for an existing user who does not have a Danish CPR number?

You can order MitID for an existing user who does not have a Danish CPR number in Jyske Online Banking Business by clicking on "Administration" and "Persons" in the menu. Then select who you want to order MitID for.

How to:

  1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (see guide).
  2. Click on "Administration" in the menu.
  3. Click on "Persons" You will now see a list of existing users.
  4. Click on the user you want to order MitID for.
  5. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  6. Select "Reorder MitID."
  7. Complete the form.
  8. Accept the terms and conditions.
  9. Make sure your personal details are correct and click "Submit form."
