How to rename an account
Accounts held with Jyske Bank are generally named according to the product, which is not always transparent or identifiable. And if there are more accounts of a specific type, they can be difficult to distinguish. You therefore have the option to rename your accounts via "Accounts" in the menu.
How to do this
- Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
- Select “Accounts” in the menu.
- In the sub-menu, select "Name accounts".
- By standard, you will now see all accounts whose name you can change. If you would prefer to see all accounts that you have access to, simply remove the check mark at the top.
- On the right side of the account numbers, you will see the current account names. Click the icon to the right of the account name to rename the account.
- Type the new name of the account and accept by checking it off. Please note that this name will be displayed for all users and that all users have the right to rename accounts.
In the "Accounts and custody accounts overview" the account now appears with its new name.
