- stop a SEPA payment.
- stop an upcoming payment to be paid via Betalingsservice.
- stop a payment which has been processed via Betalingsservice before the 7th of the payment month.
- see all upcoming payments.
Stop one or more payments that you have set up in Jyske Online Banking Business
- Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (see guide).
- Click "Payments" in the menu.
- Click "Payment overview" in the sub-menu.
- Click the orange "stop icon" in the right-hand side of the payment. Now you will see a brief message at the top of the screen stating that the payment has been stopped.
Do you need to stop numerous payments? Tick off the respective payments in the overview to the left and click "Stop ticked", which is featured above and below the list of payments. You will now see a brief message at the top of the screen stating that the payments have been stopped.
Rights and deadlines
If a "stop icon" is not featured in the right-hand side, it means the payment cannot be stopped. This might be because you have not been assigned the rights to do so, or that the cut-off time for stopping the payment has passed. You can find specific cut-off times (deadlines) under "Payments" and "Deadlines” in the menu.
Stop a SEPA payment
SEPA payments (EUR payments) are executed three times a day, at 8.30, 11.00 and 13.30 CET.
If you have set up and approved a SEPA payment before 8.30 CET, this will be executed at 8.30 CET. It is only possible to stop this payment before 8.30 CET.
If you have set up and approved a SEPA payment at 9.41 CET, this will be executed at 11.00 CET, and the payment can be cancelled before 11.00 CET.
If you have set up and approved a SEPA payment after 13.30 CET, this will be executed on the following banking day at 8.30 CET. It is possible to stop this payment before 8.30 CET on the following day.
For instance, a SEPA payment created at 8.15 CET, but not approved until 9.30 CET, will be executed at 11.00 CET. Meaning, it is the time of approval that decides when a payment is ready for execution.
Stop an upcoming payment to be paid via Betalingsservice
Payments processed via Betalingsservice (Direct debit) are featured in Jyske Online Banking Business under "Account entries".
We receive details pertaining to BS payments up until the last day of the month, but you may be lucky to see these entries several days before the 1st of the month.
If the payment date has not yet been reached, you will find the entries under "Upcoming entries – next 30 days".
- Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (see guide).
- Find "Account entries".
- Find the relevant payment under "Upcoming entries - next 30 days".
- Click "Stop" to the right of the entry.
- Select "Stop", if you only want to stop the next payment, or select "Stop payment and agreement", if you want to de-activate the entire payments agreement, meaning it will no longer be automatically paid via Betalingsservice.
Stop a payment which has been processed via Betalingsservice before the 7th of the payment month
Up until the 7th of a payment month (or on the first banking day after, if the 7th is a banking holiday/weekend), you can decline a BS payment.

- Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (see guide).
- Find "Account entries".
- Find the relevant payment and click on the associated entry text.
