How do I activate/approve a power of attorney in Jyske Online Banking Business
As an administrator in Jyske Online Banking Business, you can activate (second approve) a newly created or modified power of attorney. Click on the "Powers of Attorney" link in the "Pending Approval" box on the homepage.
If you have powers of attorney awaiting second approval and not yet activated, you, as an administrator, can approve them directly in Jyske Online Banking Business.
How to do this
- Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (guide).
- Find the "Pending Approval" box on the entry (click on the Jyske Bank logo at the top of the menu to return to the entry if needed).
- Click the “Powers of attorney” link. All powers of attorney awaiting final approval will now be displayed.
- Click on one of the listed powers of attorney. You will now see the details of the power of attorney, including which users the PoA applies to and the rights to which the users have been assigned.
- Select "Approve and activate" on the right side (available at both the top and bottom of the screen)
- The change takes effect as soon as the power of attorney is approved, and users will see the result the next time they log into Jyske Corporate Banking.
