How to order details for a non-Danish account in Jyske Online Banking Business

If you have access to an account in e.g. Sweden, Norway or Germany for which you want to retrieve information, you can order a file containing account entries for delivery in Jyske Online Banking Business. This is done under the menu item “Import/Export file”.

How to do this

  1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
  2. Select “Import/export file” and then select “Export” in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select “Order extracts” at the top right. 
  4. Select the type of extract listed as “Balancing”.
  5. In the field "Frequency", choose how often you want to receive the file.
  6. The field “Combine with other extracts, if possible”: Now select whether you want the contents of the file you are about to order to be combined with other files, if these include the same type of information and the same dates.
  7. Select the date of the first extract. The earliest time possible for you to receive your first extract is the morning of the upcoming banking day after you set up the extract. Once you have specified a date and move on to the next field, you will see details specifying the date on which you will receive the first extract, the date(s) covered by the first extract and the date of the next extract.
  8. Select the preferred format.
  9. Select ”Delivery address” (if relevant).
  10. Now, to the left, select your non-Danish account. 
  11. Tick off “Save settings”, if you want to use these options for future orders of extracts.
  12. Complete the order by clicking "Order".

Retrieve file

As of the date of the first extract and at the frequency chosen, a new file will be ready for retrieval in Jyske Online Banking Business. Here you can see all files that have not yet been retrieved. How to export the file:

  1. Select “Import/export file” and then select “Export” in the left-hand menu.
  2. Go to “Files overview” at the top left (if you are not already on this page). The files overview displays all files that have not yet been retrieved. 
  3. You can retrieve a file by clicking ”Download” to the right of the file. Your browser settings will control where the file is saved.
