How to adjust the way account entries are being displayed
When you view your account entries, the display picture should fit your most required needs. For instance, if you often need to change the period or sequential order of the entries, or you would prefer to see future entries, you can change the general settings for displaying account entries.
Standard set-up
Until you change this yourself, the following standard set-up will apply for the way your account entries are displayed:
- The period shown dates back one week.
- Future entries are not displayed.
- Your account entries will be displayed with the most recent entries at the top.
- The field "Your reference" is featured for book entries.
- Any prints include future entries.
How to change the set-up
Each user can have their own preferred set-up for account entries to fit individual needs. What to do:
- Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
- Select "Accounts" and then "Account Entries" in the left-hand menu.
- At the top right corner, now select "Edit”
- You will now be able to select your set-up for the following:
- Period
- Future entries
- Order sequential of entries
- Reconciliation column
- Featuring "Your reference"
- Finish by clicking "Save” followed by clicking “OK”.
Some of these changes will not apply until you log out and log in again.
