How to add an account to a regular extract

You can add an account to an existing extract by creating a new corresponding extract for the new account, and then opting to have this extract combined with other extracts of the same type. Select “Import/Export file” and then select “Export” in the menu.

How to do this

  1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
  2. Select “Import/Export file” in the menu.
  3. Then select "Export" in the menu.
  4. Select “Order extracts” at the top right.
  5. Select the type of extract listed as “Balancing”.
  6. Now create a new extract featuring the same frequency as the existing extract.
  7. Select “Yes” to “Combine with other extracts, if possible".
  8. Specify the “Date of 1st extract” (the earliest date possible is the first banking day after the day you order the extract).
  9. Choose the format used for the original file.
  10. If the field "Delivery address" is displayed, now select the same option as used for the daily extract.
  11. Select account (only one) to the right.
  12. Complete your order by clicking ”Order”.

Should both files somehow not be included in the same file, this may be because either the “Type of extract”, “Format” or “Frequency” is not the same for all extracts.

If you need to add more custody accounts, complete the order for one account and then order one for the next account. This is because the function “Combine with other extracts, if possible” can only add one account at a time.

If you do select more than one account, a separate file containing the new accounts will be generated.

Are you not sure how your extracts are set up?

If you are not sure how an existing extract is set up, these details are available under the menu item ”Export – Old”. Under this menu item, select “List of regular extracts” followed by “Balancing”. In this list, each line represents one account and shows e.g. the specified frequency, format and delivery address. ”Frequency” and ”Format” are the most essential details needed to set up the new extract.
