How to add a custody account to a regular extract in Jyske Online Banking Business

When you have set up a regular securities extract in Jyske Online Banking Business, you may want to add one or more custody accounts to this extract later on. This is easily done by selecting "Import/Export file" followed by "Export" in the menu.

Understanding the extract

You can add a custody account to any existing extract by creating a new identical extract for the new custody account - and then opting to have this extract combined with the same type of extracts.

If you need to add more than one custody account, you will have to complete the order for one custody account before ordering one for the next. This is because the function “Combine with other extracts, if possible” can only be added to one custody account at a time. If you do select more than one custody account, a separate file containing the new custody accounts will be generated.

If you are not sure how the existing extract is set up, the details are available under ”Export – Old”, “List of regular extracts” and the type “Securities”.  In this list, you will see e.g. the selected frequency and format of any existing regular extracts.

”Frequency” and ”Format” are the most essential details needed for the new extract.

How to do this

  1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
  2. Select “Import/export file” and then select “Export” in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select “Order extracts” at the top right.
  4. Select the type of extract listed as “Securities’’.
  5. This will now create a new extract featuring the same frequency and format as the existing extracts. Do not forget to click “Yes” to “Combine with other extracts, if possible”.
  6. Complete your order by clicking ”Order”.

Should the files somehow not all be included in the same file, this may be because either the “Type of extract”, “Format” or “Frequency” is not the same for all extracts.
