How to order a regular securities extract in Jyske Online Banking Business

How to do this

1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
2. In the menu, select ”Import/Export file” and then select "Export".
3. Select “Order extracts” at the top right.
4. Select the type of extract listed as “Securities”.
5. Now select how often you want to receive these extracts. With an on-demand extract, you can retrieve information covering a specific day or a specific period. By selecting one of the other frequencies, you will receive the file on a regular basis.
6. Now choose whether you want this extract to be combined with other extracts of the same type. In order for us to combine the extracts, the period, format and type of extract specified must be identical. We recommend that you select "Yes" in this field, as similar files related to other custody accounts will then be merged into one file.
7. Specify when you want this extract to be generated the first time. The earliest time possible is the upcoming banking day after today. When you proceed to the next field, "Date of 1st file" will be updated with the operation date of the first extract as well as the operation date of the next extract.
8. Now select the format. The various types of extracts are available in various formats. Read more on formats [PDF] [PDF]. The vast majority of our clients use the format "Bankdata udgave 3" (Bankdata version 3). A few clients need an extended holdings file, which is the only type available in the "Bankdata udgave 4” format. You can only request files in one format at a time. 
9. In the field ”Delivery address”, now choose at which address you want to receive the files that you are about to order.
10. Please tick off the types of extracts you want to receive, e.g. “Securities holding”, “Securities Trades” and “Dividends”. Types of extracts that do not exist in the format selected are not available for selection.
11. Now select which custody account you wish to add. You can select several custody accounts, if you need to. Select one or more custody accounts to the right.
12. If you want to apply these selections to any future orders of securities extracts, tick off the box “Save settings”.
13. Complete the order of your on-demand extract by clicking “Order”.

Download file

Files scheduled for delivery in the morning in Jyske Jyske Online Banking Business Erhverv will be ready for export under the menu item "Import/Export file" and "Export".

Download your file by clicking ”Download” to the right of the file. Your browser settings will control where the file is saved.
