How to find a payment in Jyske Online Banking Business
The payments you have created in Jyske Online Banking Business can be found under “Payments” and “Payment Overview”.
Refine your search
By default, you will see payments with a payment date from today onwards. At the top of the screen, you can refine your search by searching for:
- A specific from account (you can search on the accounts of which you are an authorised user (via a power of attorney).
- A specific time period.
- Who created the payment.
- Who made the primary approval of the payment.
- Who made the secondary approval of the payment.
By clicking the "Advanced search" link, you can also refine your search by:
- Date.
- Amount.
- Currency.
- Recipient's name.
- Recipient’s account number.
- Recipient’s creditor number (if you have made a giro payment).
- Text for your own account (as stated on your bank statement).
- Receipt reference (if this was filled in when the payment was set up).
- Order number (if the payment was set up via an uploaded payment file).
You will also be able to refine your search by activating or deactivating:
- The payment type.
- Payment status.
Search now - or save search criteria?
If you just want to do one-time search using these search criteria, then initiate the search by clicking "Search".
If you want to use these search criteria by standard, then select "Save search". Please note that these search criteria will then apply to all your search queries.
At the top, you can see that you have saved your own search criteria, as "My saved search" is displayed instead of "Standard". You can delete these search criteria by clicking the cross to the right of the field "My saved search".
