How to order a file containing exchange rates
In Jyske Online Banking Business+, you can order a CSV file containing exchange rates for delivery in Online Banking Business. The file will feature quoted as well as unquoted currencies. Rates featured will be the most recently quoted rates. This means that regular extracts will feature yesterday’s rate (most recent banking day).
How to do this
- Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
- Select “Import/Export files” and then select “Export” in the left-hand menu.
- Then select “Order extracts” at the top right.
- Select the type of extract listed as “Currency’.
- In the field "Frequency", select how often you want your file containing exchange rates to be generated in Jyske Online Banking Business.
- By selecting "Daily", a new file will be generated every morning.
- By selecting "On demand", you will be able to specify the dates for which you want to receive exchange rates. One file will be generated for each date.
- Select the date of the first extract. The earliest time possible for you to receive your first extract is the morning of the upcoming banking day after you set up the extract. If you order a daily file on 08.08.2024, the first extract can be generated on 09.08.2024. This file will contain exchange rates as at 08.08.2024.
- Click "Save settings" if you want to save these settings for future orders.
- Complete the order by clicking "Order"
Export the extract via the files overview
As of the date of the first extract and at the frequency chosen, a file will be ready for export in Jyske Online Banking Business. You will find the file under “Export" in the menu.
Go to the files overview at the top (if you are not on this page already).
The files overview displays all files that have not yet been retrieved. Download your file by clicking ”Download” to the right of the file.
Depending on which browser you are using and the settings made, the file will now either be saved according to your settings, or you will be asked where you want to save the file.
