How to export a file from Jyske Netbank Erhverv via the menu item “Export - Old”

You have ordered an on-demand extract or a file at a set frequency for delivery in Jyske Online Banking Business. You can export this file by clicking ”Import/Export file” followed by "Export – Old". Your browser settings will decide where the file is being saved.

How to do this

  1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
  2. Select “Import/Export file” and then select “Export - Old” in the left-hand menu.
  3. Make sure you tick off ”Without Java” at the top.
  4. You can retrieve a file by ticking it off and selecting "Export selected".
  5. In the following screen view, click "Export” once more in order to save the file. Your browser settings will control where the file is saved.
