How do I add a client account to an existing power of attorney?
As an administrator in Jyske Online Banking Business, you can alter an existing power of attorney. Select "Administration" in the menu, and then select "Power of attorney".
How to do this
- Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (instructions).
- Select “Administration” in the menu.
- Then select “Powers of attorney”. Now you can see all existing powers of attorney.
- Click on the power of attorney that you want to add to a client account.
- Click "Edit power of attorney” in the top-right corner.
- Click “Select rights to accounts”.
- Click on the ”+” sign next to the client’s name.
- Register the relevant rights and finish by clicking “OK”.
- Click "Save and send for approval" on the right (available both at the top and bottom of the screen) and approve by using MitID.
- Repeat steps 4-9, if you want to attach the client account to more than one powers of attorney.
- Let the relevant administrator know a power of attorney is awaiting her/his second person verification.
Secondary approval of power of attorney
- Find the box "Awaiting approval" at the top-centre of the entry page (clicking the Jyske Bank logo in the top left will take you to the entry page).
- Click "Powers of attorney" (the link is only displayed when one or more powers of attorney is awaiting approval). All powers of attorney awaiting final approval will now be displayed.
- Click on one of the listed powers of attorney and make sure the appropriate rights have been assigned to each client.
- Click "Save and activate” to the right (available at both the top and bottom of the screen). The modification will take effect as soon as the power of attorney has been approved, and the result is visible for the users when they log in to Jyske Corporate Banking again.
