Screen sharing with Corporate Hotline

To share your screen with a support representative from Corporate Hotline, you need to use the programme TeamViewer on your computer. Download the programme for Windows, Mac, or Linux.

Once you have clicked the relevant link, you will in many cases need to click “Download” next to “TeamViewer QuickSupport.” You may need to allow the programme to be installed temporarily on your computer. The user experience and steps may vary depending on the operating system.

Once the programme has been installed, an ID and a password will be displayed.

Mobile

Unfortunately, screen sharing is not available on mobile devices.
