How to remove an account from my regular daily extract

If you already receive a regular daily extract from which you want to exclude one of the accounts contained in the file, you can remove this account from the list “Regular extracts".

How to do this

  1. Log in to Jyske Online Banking Business (Instructions).
  2. Select “Import/Export file” in the menu.
  3. Then select "Export".
  4. Choose "List of regular extracts" at the top.
  5. Select the type of extract listed as “Balancing”.
  6. Now you will see a list of your company’s regular extracts. The list is organised so that every extract for each custody account is listed on a separate line. 
  7. Click on the ‘recycling bin’ (=delete) next to the extract that you want to remove from your regular daily extract. Please note that there may be more than one line for each account.

The account has now been deleted from your daily extract and will not appear from the next file that you receive.
