Transfer chosen for control
Your transfer has been chosen for control and we shall process it as fast as possible.
How does it affect you?
You will be contacted by Jyske Bank so you can confirm that you sent the transfer. You are also welcome to confirm the transfer by calling our Hotline:
- Private clients, please call +45 89 89 28 00
- Corporate clients, please call +45 70 12 00 00
If your transfer is entered outside the Bank's opening hours, it may not be processed until the next business day.
You can follow the transfer status in the Netbank under "Future payments".
Why was the transfer chosen for control?
We continuously enhance Netbank security - and if you make a transfer that our systems consider suspicious, it will automatically be chosen for control. We do that to prevent misuse.
Can the process be swifter?
If you want to ensure that transfers chosen for control will be processed immediately, please enter your mobile phone number under "Administration" and "Contact details" in the Netbank. In this way, you can confirm the payment via SMS.
