How to deactivate marketing from Jyske Bank

If you deactivate marketing from Jyske Bank, we can no longer send you emails concerning e.g. new possibilities for your financial situation, personal recommendations and relevant events.

Follow these 5 steps to deactivate marketing in Mobilbank 

  1. Log in in the usual way
  2. Select “Profile” in the menu
  3. Select “Consent and agreements”
  4. Select “Marketing consent”
  5. Press “Delete consent” at the bottom of the page and confirm the deactivation

Alternatively, you can update your marketing consent by selecting/deselecting methods of contact. Finally, press “Update consent” at the bottom of the page.
