How to group accounts in Jyske Netbank Erhverv
If you have many accounts or you just need to have your accounts arranged in a certain way, you can choose to group your accounts. Select "Group accounts" in the Accounts and custody accounts overview. If you have grouped your accounts already, you also have the option to edit, delete or regroup your accounts.
What to do:
Settings for grouping accounts
- Log in to Jyske Netbank Erhverv (Instructions).
- Select "Overview" in the menu, if you have not already accessed this page.
- Select "Group accounts" at the top left of the the Accounts and custody accounts overview.
- You will now need to define how to group your accounts.
- For instance, if you select "Group accounts/custody accounts by account holder", your accounts will be listed by CVR number.
- By selecting "Group by account/custody account", you can set up new groups and select these.
- If you select "No grouping", the selected groupings will be reset, and all accounts will be listed by account number in the Accounts and custody accounts overview.
- Continue the grouping process by clicking "OK."
Set up groups
- Set up groups by giving them a name in the field "Name group" and select "Add".
- Repeat this process, until you have set up all the relevant groups. You can find an overview of the groups created under "My groups" at the bottom of the page.
- If you need to order your groups by priority and/or delete any groups, this is done by using the arrows and the recycling bin on the right-hand side of the group menu. The group featured at the top is used as your primary group - and this will be open when you log in to Jyske Netbank Erhverv.
- Finish setting up groups by clicking "Next".
Link/remove accounts
- In order to link accounts and custody accounts (if any) to various groups, you must now select the group to which you want to add specific accounts and (potentially) custody accounts in the first field.
- Then select the account that you want to add to this group and click "Add".
- Repeat this process, until you have linked all the relevant accounts to the group.
- Once you have selected and added the relevant accounts and custody accounts to this group, select the next group in the top field and repeat the process of adding the accounts and custody accounts that you want to include in this next group.
- You can go back to any group to add or remove accounts and custody accounts. If you need to order your accounts by priority and/or remove an account, this is done by using the arrows and the recycling bin on the right-hand side. The account at the top will be used as your primary account.
- Accounts that are not linked to a group will feature in a separate group named "Other accounts".
- Finish linking your accounts to groups by clicking "Next".
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "OK".
- If you are happy with your group structure, now click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
- Click "Return to Accounts and Custody Accounts" at the top of the page, in order to see your new Accounts and custody accounts overview now featuring your primary group.
The accounts and custody accounts located in open groups in the Accounts and custody accounts overview are the ones that you can use all across Jyske Bank’s Online Banking service - both in Account entries and when making payments and trading securities.
You can have several groups open at the same time.
At the bottom, totals are shown for the open groups.
Making changes for grouping
If you need to change your grouping structure, or you want to return to the starting point, simply click "Group accounts" at the top left corner of the Accounts and custody accounts overview.
You can now:
- Edit a group by clicking the tool.
- Delete a group by clicking the recycling bin.
- Add a group by using the button "Set up new group".
- Regroup your accounts - i.e. select a new group method via the button "New group definition". In this case, you confirm that your current group structure be deleted, and the instructions above regarding grouping can be started over.
