I head up Jyske Bank Growth Corporate Customers – a specialised team dedicated to Danish startups and scaleups. We offer tailored financial solutions and advice to support companies’ growth journey across industries. I was involved in developing the Growth concept, and I am responsible for running and developing the Bank’s value offering for the benefit of the startup ecosystem in Denmark.
Background
My career began in the accounting and auditing sector, where I built strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to complex issues. I later moved on to the banking world, where I helped establish a dedicated department for entrepreneurs and growth companies in a Nordic bank, an experience that has helped shape my work at Jyske Bank Growth.

My role at Jyske Bank Growth
As market director and head of Private Banking Growth, I work to attract and cultivate relationships with investors and private banking customers in close cooperation with the Bank’s corporate customer departments and other business units. In the interface between Private Banking and Growth, I focus on people who drive and invest in growth, including entrepreneurs, angel investors and funds. The aim is to create strong ties between capital and innovation.

I have many years of experience in advising high-net-worth personal customers and investors, and I have built a strong network in the Danish growth and investment environment. My role is based on a deep understanding of both the financial and human aspects of growth, and on how we as a bank can support both.

As a relationship manager, I work in the interface between Growth Corporate Customers and Growth Private Banking. I focus on advising growth companies and their founders/investors throughout their business and wealth journey. I work closely with customers to ensure that their financial solutions support the company’s development and the personal finances supporting it.
Background
As an entrepreneur and co-founder of Luxplus.dk, established in 2013, I have first-hand experience of what it takes to build a business from idea to revenue in the hundreds of millions. This experience has given me in-depth knowledge of the challenges and decisions that come with building a company, combined with a deep understanding of the close link between the personal journey and the business journey.
