Anders Christian Dam | ||

| Anders Dam has been Managing Director since 1995 and CEO since 1997 with Business Supervision as his area of responsibility.
In addition, Anders Dam is a member of the board of Finansrådet (the Danish Bankers Association), Regional Bankers Forening, DLR Kredit A/S, PRAS A/S (deputy chairman), Foreningen Bankdata F.m.b.a., Jyske Banks Almennyttige Fond (chairman), Jyske Banks Almennyttige Fonds Holdingselskab A/S (chairman) and Jyske Banks Pensionstilskudsfond. Anders Dam is also an alternating member of Finanssektorens Arbejdsgiverforening (Danish Employers' Association for the Financial Sector), and he is on the board of representatives of the Danish Contingency Committee for Winding up and Transfer of Banks, Saving Banks and Cooperative Savings Banks in Financial Distress. Before being appointed Managing Director, Anders Dam was over the period 1992-1995 general manager of Stibo Datagrafikgruppen. Prior to that, Anders Dam was assistant managing director of Jyske Bank, Development and Planning in 1990-1992 after having been chief economist in the period 1987-1990. Until then, Anders Dam had been with Håndværksrådet (The Danish Federation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) over the period 1982-1987; the last two years of that period he was chief economist. In 1981 Anders Dam completed his Master's Degree in Economics and Management from Aarhus University.

Jørgen Christensen | ||

| Jørgen Christensen has since 2005 been Managing Director primarily in charge of Retail and Commercial Banking, Denmark, Credits as well as Jyske Finans.
In addition, Jørgen Christensen is a board member of Jyske Finans A/S, JSNA Holding A/S, Easyfleet A/S as well as Jyske Banks Pensionstilskudsfond. Moreover, Jørgen Christensen is a member of the credit committee of The Danish Contingency Committee for Winding Up and Transfer of Banks, Savings Banks and Cooperative Savings Banks in Financial Distress. Before being appointed Managing Director, Jørgen Christensen was functional manager, credits, at Jyske Bank's Divisional Centre South over the period 1997-2005, and before that, he had been deputy regional manager in that same area since he came to Jyske Bank in 1986. Jørgen Christensen began his banker's training at Danske Bank in 1968 and ended holding the position as a branch manager. Concurrently with his job, Jørgen Christensen supplemented his original banker's training by earning his Master of Law from Aarhus University in 1991.

Leif F. Larsen has been Managing Director since 1996 in charge of Business Support (HR, Concept Development as well as Buildings and Technology). Moreover, Leif F. Larsen is chairman of the board of JN Data A/S, Silkeborg Data A/S, Gl. Skovridergaard A/S, Sundbyvesterhus A/S, Jyske Banks Medarbejderfonds Holdingselskab A/S, Jyske Banks Medarbejderfond and Jyske Banks Pensionstilskudsfond as well as Commichaus Legat. Leif F. Larsen is also on the board of Finanssektorens Uddannelsescenter (the training centre of the financial sector), Finanssektorens Arbejdsgiverforening, Bankernes Kontantservice A/S and Jyske Banks Pensionstilskudsfond. In addition Leif F. Larsen is an alternating member of Finansrådet (the Danish Bankers Association), Regionale Bankers Forening and Bank//Pension. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Leif F. Larsen was in the period 1990-1996 deputy managing director in charge of Jyske Bank's IT area, buildings, organisation and purchases. In the period 1987-1990, Leif F. Larsen was the managing director of Jyske Bank's subsidiary Silkeborg Datacentral and assisting managing director of Jyske Bank in charge of IT. Leif F. Larsen is a trained banker and commenced his training at Vendelbobanken in 1970. In 1973 he was employed by the organisational department of that bank and over the period 1977-1983 he was head of the Organisation and HR Department. Following the merger of Vendelbobanken and Jyske Bank in 1983, Leif F. Larsen became head of Organisation in the Northern Division and then IT manager of Jyske Bank in 1983-1987. Apart from being a trained banker, Leif F. Larsen is a Bachelor of Commerce (Management Accounting).

| Niels Erik Jakobsen has been Managing Director since 2009, in charge of trading, investment and international units.
Moreover, Niels Erik Jakobsen is the chairman of the board of Bank//Pension, Bank//Pension Livs- og Pensionsforsikringsselskab A/S and Letpension A/S and Jyske Global Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S. In addition, he is on the board of BI Holding A/S, BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, Jyske Finans A/S, Easyfleet A/S, Jyske Bank (Schweiz) AG, Jyske Bank (Gibraltar) Ltd., Berben's Effectenkantoor B.V. and Jyske Banks Pensionstilskudsfond. Before his appointment as Managing Director, Niels Erik Jakobsen was over the period 2007-2009 the director of Treasury, Finance & Risk Management, and prior to holding this position, he worked at the Bank's Treasury Division from 1993 - as head of department as of 1994 and head of division as of 1999. Niels Erik Jakobsen joined Jyske Bank in 1987 as an analyst with the Bank's Economic Research Department. Over the period 1986-1987, Niels Erik Jakobsen worked as an economist for Regionalbankernes Sekretariat (secretariat of regional banks). Niels Erik Jakobsen has a Master of Science in Economics and Business (finance) from the Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University and prior to that, he completed his training as a banker with Skive Sparekasse in 1980.
