Supervisory Board

At the annual general meeting, Jyske Bank's shareholders elect 25-50 representatives from three geographical regions. Each region is represented by two members in the Supervisory Board, which also counts three employee representatives. The Board elects its own chairman and appoints the Executive Board in charge of day-to-day operations.
