Collections on Denmark
Collections are subject to the "Uniform Rules for Collections" as adopted by the International Chamber of Commerce in 1996 (ICC 522), and valid as at the date of the collection.
Collection commission, charged on the amount collected	0.25% min. DKK 400 max. 3000
Documentary commission, charged on the nominal amount of the docs.	0.05% min. DKK 100
Acceptance commission	0.25% min. DKK 300
Amendment Fee	DKK 200
Presentation Fee	DKK 200
Delivery Fee	DKK 150
Return Fee	DKK 300
Protest Fee, (excluding legal costs)	DKK 150
Release of goods Endorsement Fee	DKK 350 DKK 300

Special Handling fees may be payable for collections which require extraordinary attention, or involve extensive correspondence. In addition to the above schedule of charges, sundry disbursements (postage, duty, telecommunication charges etc.), are charged at cost.

Collections on the Faroe Islands and Greenland are subject to a special tariff.

Documentary Credits

Letters of Credit are subject to I.C.C. Publication No. 500 as adopted by the International Chamber of Commerce in 1993, and valid as at the date of the opening of the L/C.

The following terms are for Letters of Credit advised through Jyske Bank, Denmark
Advising fee	DKK 600
Confirmation commission	DKK 300 * (minimum)
Documentary commission	0.15% min. DKK 600
Deferred payment commission for confirmed Credits/Acceptance comm.	DKK 500 * (minimum)
Deferred payment fee for unconfirmed Credits	DKK 550
Amendment fee	DKK 550
Endorsement Fee	DKK 300
Cancellation fee	DKK 500

(* calculated on the basis of actual number of days that the Credit is valid. The commission varies according to the sovereign risk involved, and the size and terms of the specific business).
