System configuration
Setup of firewalls. If your company's firewall has been set up inappropriately, it may prevent your installation of Jyske Netbank Erhverv from receiving program updates. Read more

Network/connection
Connection test. The test connects to Jyske Bank's systems and gives you an up-to-the-minute report on whether the bank's Jyske Netbank Erhverv systems are responding. The page is updated every minute. Start test (in Danish only)
Test to see if port 443 is open. The test calls the JB Info System which uses SSL communication via port 443. The test must return the line below:

/cgi/cgipipe.exe?host=DX3221&port=4270&URL=startses.html&jhllapi=true

or 

/cgi/cgipipe.exe?host=DX3222&port=4270&URL=startses.html&jhllapi=true


The result varies depending on both the internet provider, your company's own network and Jyske Bank. Start test

 

Database

Reset database.

If Jyske Netbank Erhverv’s (JNE) database is ruined or if you want to have a new database on JNE for any other reason, follow these instructions.

MySQL and network installations.

If more than one user uses Jyske Netbank Erhverv (JNE), we recommend a network installation with MySQL to get the most out of JNE.
